When you use MultiSocial to automate your video posting, we collect the necessary authentication tokens and basic profile information from the social platforms you connect, including Google user data for your YouTube account, as well as TikTok and Instagram. We also securely store the video files you upload temporarily for processing and publishing.
We use your Google user data and OAuth tokens solely for the purpose of providing and improving the user-facing features of our application—specifically, uploading your authorized content to your respective social media channels on your behalf. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, training AI models, or any other prohibited uses.
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data or other personal information with third parties. We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided. Your data is never sold to data brokers or information resellers.
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We use encryption to protect your authentication tokens and personal information at rest and in transit. Video files are securely processed and handled in accordance with industry standards.
We will retain your personal information and authentication tokens only for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Temporarily uploaded video files are automatically deleted once they are successfully published. You may request for your data to be deleted at any time by contacting us, or by revoking our access to your social accounts directly through the respective platform's security settings.
